United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a fascinating country and is an ideal tourist destination. Although its comprises of seven Emirates, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but collectively is One True Destination. You will discover a land, which is rich in history and tradition and at the same time is one of the most futuristic. One can take tour to deserts and parallelly explore wild life sanctuaries, visit ancient and archaeological sites, showcasing the proud culture and heritage, and enjoy the luxury hotels, resorts, and shopping malls.
United Arab Emirates is home to some of the world's tallest, biggest, and most unique architectural feats and we are covering, my choice of Top 7, which according to me is a must in your calendar when you visit UAE.
Burj Khalifa
Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and is located in Emirate of Dubai in United Arab Emirates. With a height of 828 meters (2,717 feet) and 163 floors, this is a must visit for any visitor to UAE, specifically Dubai This tower was completed in 2010 and is a mix of residential, commercial and hotel space.
Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago and is world's biggest located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It’s a man-made archipelago in the shape of a palm tree overlooking the Persian Gulf. Palm Jumeirah has 3 parts:
Trunk: It’s the main island, and has a number of hotels, resorts, and residential complexes.
Crown: Crown is made up of 17 fronds, and has number of parks, beaches.
Crescent. Crescent is more of a breakwater which keeps the Palm protected from the Persian Gulf waves.
IMG Worlds of Adventure
IMG Worlds of Adventure is the largest indoor theme park in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Spreading over an area of 1.5 million square feet, it makes it equivalent of 28 football fields. Attractions are divided different themes like Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley, Lost World, IMG Boulevard, and The Rapids.
Dubai Miracle Garden
Dubai Miracle Garden is a flower garden located in Dubai. It homes a variety of flowers and plants and it’s very popular amongst tourists. Particularly during the winter months. Miracle Garden is closed during the summers and operate generally between September through June every year. It covers an area of 72,000 square meters and homes over 50 million flowers. The main attractions are the flower sculptures, which includes a life-sized Airbus A380 made only with flowers.
Dubai Mall
The biggest mall in the world is the Dubai Mall, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total of 12 million square feet area, has over 1,200 stores, over 200 restaurants and cafes, 22-screen cinema complex, ice rink, a huge aquarium, and a SEGA game center. Within the premises of Dubai mall is the Dubai Fountain which is again the world's largest choreographed fountain system. The fountain show starts at 6 pm though 11 pm and takes place every 30 mins.
Gevora Hotel
Gevora Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with 356.3 meters (1,169 ft) tall and with 75 floors, it is the tallest hotel in the world. It opened in 2018 and is the only hotel which is used entirely as a hotel. It has total of 528 rooms/suits and includes a number of amenities, like swimming pool, spa, fitness center etc. Its locate near Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed road.
Ain Dubai
Ain Dubai, is currently the tallest Ferris wheel in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It’s 250 meters tall and has a diameter of 210 meters (690 ft). The wheel has a total 48 capsules which can easily accommodate 40 people. The location is the newly constructed Bluewater. The wheel takes around 38 minutes to complete one circle and offers a beautiful panoramic view Arabian Gulf and the City.
